Development programme and football transfer
We turn talents into pros.
The LAFLAX development programme supports young football players over years, individually, data driven and personally. And when the time is right, we also handle the transfer.
- Personal support
- European network
- Data driven development
- Discreet representation
Our core offering
The development programme, from talent to pro
A structured programme that does not just train players but develops them. With clear development plans, real performance data and mentors who know professional football.
Individual plans
Every player gets a development plan, tailored to position and goal.
Performance data
Progress is measured, not guessed. Transparent for players and parents.
Training and scouting
Regular training sessions and scouting sessions at a real competitive level.
Mentoring
Guidance from experienced football experts, on and off the pitch.
How we develop players
The path in the development programme
Four phases, one goal: to bring the player far enough that the pro contract becomes the logical next step.
Scouting
We spot talent early, through scouting sessions and a broad network of scouts.
Development
In the programme we develop the player further in a targeted way, data driven and personally.
Showcase
We give players visibility at clubs and at the right level of play.
Transfer
When the time is right, we support the move to the right club.
The result
And at the end comes the transfer
Trust grows out of the development. When the step is due, we represent the player in the transfer, personally, discreetly and on equal terms with clubs.
- Contract negotiation and club network
- Career planning beyond the single move
- Legally sound and clean handling
- Discretion at every stage
Our advantage
Football expertise, data driven
We do not rely on gut feeling alone. Our own platforms provide the data basis for fair development and convincing transfers.
